Shelly Kupfer, a member of the National Women’s Philanthropy Board since 2012, is co-chair of the 2016 International Lion of Judah Conference. She has served as political advocacy chair for National Women’s Philanthropy and is a past co-chair of National Young Leadership Cabinet. She is a trustee of the JFNA Board.
At the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, Shelly has held many positions. She is the current Campaign vice chair and serves on the board and the executive committee, and her past positions include chair of Women's Philanthropy Campaign and of Women's Affinity. She is a past recipient of the Jerome J. Dick Young Leadership Award.
Shelly is a Wexner Heritage fellow and has served as a board member for the Jewish Primary Day School of the Nation's Capital and the Jewish Council for Public Affairs.
She is owner of The Paper Chase, a stationery and gifts business, and is a graduate of Barnard College and Boston University.
