Lawrence C. Nussdorf is Chairman & CEO of Clark Enterprises, Inc., a privately held company with interests in real estate, private equity and traditional investments. He has managed operations of the company for more than 35 years.
Mr. Nussdorf serves as Lead Independent Director of Leidos, Inc. (LDOS:NYSE), is Vice Chairman of the Board of the Anti-Defamation League (DC), and a Board member of Clark Charitable Foundation, Monumental Scholars Fund. He is also a founding member of the Advisory Board of the Penn Institute for Urban Research.
Mr. Nussdorf is a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association and a Certified Public Accountant. He received his BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, his JD from Rutgers School of Law, and LLM (Tax) from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Nussdorf is a recipient of the Alumni Award of Merit from the University of Pennsylvania and Outstanding Director Award from the National Association of Corporate Directors.
In addition to the Anti-Defamation League, Mr. Nussdorf has had leadership positions in the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington, the Edlavitch JCC of Washington and Adas Israel Congregation.
