Hannah Schlacter

Hannah Schlacter is a Petullo Scholar in the Business Honors Program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign ('17). She sits on the Hillel International Board of Directors and co-founded the Hillel International Student Cabinet. Hannah served as a global Lean In Campus Coach and sat on the AEPhi National Collegiate Advisory Committee, facilitating her sorority becoming the first to partner with Lean In and lobbying Congress on student issues. She is an international AIPAC activist, having consulted for the Spanish advocacy group ACOM, led her campus cadre, and selected for advocacy mission trips. The JUF White Rose Society Award recognized her advocacy in 2015. Her writing has been shared by her Congressman, the Illinois State Comptroller, and international Jewish organizations. In addition, she founded her school’s first green business organization and Lean In UIUC, as well as co-founded the College Dean’s Student Advisory Board. Hannah seeks to build a business career while also globally impacting environmentalism, entrepreneurship, and advocacy.
