Stacy Jarett Levitan is Executive Director of Judith Creed Homes for Adult Independence (JCHAI), a non-sectarian agency that provides independent supportive living and vocational services to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. Stacy holds both a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Pennsylvania. Before coming to JCHAI, Stacy worked for a decade as a litigation attorney at the Philadelphia firm of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis. Stacy served three years as JCHAI’s Chairperson before becoming Executive Director. Stacy is a passionate and tireless advocate who revels in opportunities to improve and strengthen the community for people with disabilities. Stacy is intimately familiar with JCHAI’s mission, as her brother, Doug Jarett, is a client. Growing up with a sibling who has intellectual disabilities gives Stacy a thorough and sympathetic perspective on issues relating to people with disabilities.
