Molly Wernick works as the Manager of Talent Development in the Mandel Center for Leadership Excellence at The Jewish Federations of North America. Before joining the JFNA staff, her work focused on Jewish millennial engagement while working as the director of The Collaborative at Tribe 12, a Federation-supported agency in Philadelphia providing social programs for 20’s and 30’s.
Outside of her formal Jewish communal work, Molly’s tenure in Jewish Camping with Habonim Dror lead to keynote speaking opportunities with the Foundation for Jewish Camp, The Grinspoon Foundation, and the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia and was published in the Jewish Education Project’s textbook Experience & Jewish Education (2014). Molly holds an M.A. in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a B.A. in Speech Communication and Women’s Studies from Ithaca College.
