Leslie Dannin Rosenthal is the president of the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest, NJ. She has served as UJA Annual Campaign Chair for Greater MetroWest and as a Major Gifts co-chair. Leslie is a past president of MetroWest’s Women’s Philanthropy and past Women’s Campaign Chair. Leslie also served as a chair of MetroWest’s Israel and Overseas Committee and was a vice-chair of the merger committee that resulted in the creation of Greater MetroWest. She was a founding board member of The Partnership for Jewish Learning and Life, and serves as a member of the Rachel Coalition Steering Committee. Leslie is honored to serve as a member of the National Women’s Philanthropy Advisory Council. She was a co-chair of the 2010 International Lion of Judah Conference.
Leslie has a life-long involvement in volunteer opportunities. She is a past president of Oheb Shalom Congregation located in South Orange, NJ. She is a proud alumna of the National Young Leadership Cabinet of the Jewish Federations of North America.
A graduate of Smith College and Boston University School of Law, Leslie served as a deputy attorney general in the New Jersey Attorney General’s Division of Law, representing the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection. Leslie and her husband David live in South Orange and are the parents of James, 30, and Elise, 27.
