Paula Kweskin is the producer of “Honor Diaries,” an award-winning documentary film focused on women's rights and gender empowerment. The film brings together nine activists fighting for gender equality and the human rights of women in honor-based societies. After premiering at the Chicago International Film Festival, it went on to win the Interfaith Award for Best Documentary at the St. Louis International Film Fest.
Paula has worked on various human rights projects including corporate social responsibility and micro-credit initiatives in Argentina, advocacy on behalf of victims of extraordinary rendition, and relief for victims of domestic violence. Her articles have appeared in the The Wall Street Journal, The Jerusalem Post, and Yisrael HaYom. She has been a featured guest on Voice of America, The Huffington Post Live, WUNC, and WBEZ. Paula's work has been the subject of coverage on Fox News, The National Post, The Guardian, The Independent, The Washington Examiner, The National Review, and many others. She is the driving force behind the Honor Diaries movie and movement.
Paula is an attorney specializing in international humanitarian and human rights law. She received her B.A. and J.D. from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and is a member of the New York Bar. She is currently pursuing her LL.M in International Law and Human Rights.
