Dr. Rani Polak’s activities at Hadassah University Medical Center include developing healthy cooking and nutritional lifestyle interventions as well as academic teaching and research. These interventions are designed to help patients and health care providers prevent and treat such medical conditions as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancer, irritable bowel system, celiac disease and obesity in children and adults. He completed his residency in Family Medicine in the Department of Family Medicine at the Hebrew University Hadassah Medical School. He also attended Le Cordon Bleu Paris School in Sydney, Australia. He earned his MD at Hebrew University Hadassah Medical School.
