Nechama Kenig was a biology teacher in Kiryat Yam for almost 30 years. As an educator, she invested much effort in encouraging girls to choose the fields of science and technology, including designing curriculum to tackle stereotypes of women and girls in technology. Nechama currently serves as pedagogical director in World ORT, responsible for implementing and monitoring programs for high school students. She has MA in Education from Haifa university and BSc in Biology from the Technion.
